Challenges and Solutions

  • Objectives of the Non-Communicable Diseases Research Center:
  •  Obtaining the center's virtual license from competent authorities (relevant ministry and university).
  •  Approval of the organizational chart of the center and the necessary forces.
  •  Searching for the diagnosis of specific diseases and advancing their treatment.
  •  Efforts to develop new treatment methods.
  •  Development of physical space with the goals and plans of the center (emphasis on proper and independent building).
  •  Providing the necessary infrastructure for the development of postgraduate education in terms of field and number of students (proposal of senior research expert).
  •  Establishment and registration of a knowledge-based company affiliated with the center.
  •  Providing the necessary infrastructure to provide specialized services in relation to the implementation of research projects of faculty members and centers affiliated to Rafsanjan University of Medical.
  • Sciences and other governmental and specialized organizations and institutions.
  •  Providing the necessary infrastructure to apply (turn into a product) the results of the research center to produce medical materials and devices and solve problems.
  •  Increasing regional discussion and exchange of views on air programs and non-communicable disease control.
  •  Promoting cooperation in the field of education and research of non-communicable diseases.
  •  Strengthening research and supporting research in priority areas with non-communicable diseases.
  •  Raising the priority of non-communicable diseases at different levels and integrating water programs and controlling these diseases in all policies of government departments.
  •  Creating and strengthening national policies and programs for the crisis and control of non-communicable diseases.
  • Promotion to reduce the main and common risk factors for non-communicable diseases (tobacco consumption - unhealthy diet - lack of physical activity - and alcohol abuse).
  •  Promotion of research for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases
  •  Promotion of participation for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases
  •  Preparing a tool for public health decisions aimed at reducing the current epidemics of non-communicable diseases
  •  Preparation of support infrastructures to conduct preventive research and perform supervisory interventions
  •  Improving the level of knowledge, strengthening and developing public health services and primary health services in non-communicable diseases
  •  Studying the burden of diseases; distribution of diseases, risk factors, and accidents and incidents in the country's population as well as at the provincial, university, and city levels

  •  Improving health through research, studies, and identification of risk factors (prioritizing common risk factors) of non-communicable diseases and providing scientific evidence to the beneficiaries of policymakers, managers (at all levels), health care personnel, researchers, and society in the field of dealing with these factors
