A.General duties of university vice-chancellors:

1- Notifying all provisions and by-law notified by the head of the institution to the relevant units and following-up and monitoring their proper implementation
2- Compilation collection of regulations  instructions and programs related to the duties of lieutenant to suggest to the proficient sources for sanction
3- Submitting necessary reports to the head of the institution about tasks related to under monitored units
4- Nomination of eligible people nomination eligible people to incumbency managerial positions in the field of deputy head of institution
5- Superintendency affiliate units confirm that their duties are performed correctly
6- Planning adjusting activities and proposing an annual budget of beauty inconsistent with institutions in superiority
7- Collaboration with other vice_ chairs for proper accomplishment of the institutes plans
8- Carring out other affairs allotted by the head of institution.
 
 
 
B. Particular duties vice-president of research and technology:
 
1-Management and supervision of all the research and technology affairs, libraries, and information banks of the institution, which should be done properly based on the by-laws, regulations, and approvals
2-Planning and policy-making for growth and increasing the  level of scientific and international cooperation
3-Prioritization to origination theoretical field and applied research required by the country
4-Expansion, strengthening, and steerage of authorized research projects, with meaningful applied research based on the vision document of the country's development programs and with its comprehensive scientific schedule
5-Controlling and monitoring the institute's research processes based on a certain time in the outline of approved research and research projects
6-Essential studies in the field of measurement and evaluating annual research activities of the Institute to be presented to the head of the Institute
7- Communicating with domestic and foreign institutions to cooperate in research affairs and exchange scientific services
8- Cooperation in providing scientific, cultural, and social services performing scientific seminars and conferences, and executing all services and research contracts affairs between the Institute and other institutions
9-Cooperation in performing short-term research courses for non-university institutions
10-Making plans for faculty members to use study opportunities inside and outside the Country (both  seminary and scientific research centers
11-providing the institution's research program producing goals determining research priorities in the form of medium and long-term and supporting the organization's growth centers and entrepreneurship and scientific and technology parks for planning in the specialized research canceled of the Institute
12-Reviewing and evaluating the institute's activities in the framework of the country's growth and development plans based on the objectives of the country's vision document and development plans and the comprehensive scientific map of the country in the higher education sector for the proposal in the board of directors
13-Identifying and defining common research-scientific topics and programs and planning to provide opportunities and allocate the necessary credit for scientific-research interaction between the field and the university and create a  suitable environment for achieving religious science and humanities suitable for the specialized field of the institution
